This website peterbaldock.co.uk is owned and operated by Peter Baldock, Royal Cinema, 9 Market Place, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7AG on behalf of The Royal Cinema Faversham.
On our site you can purchase tickets for any performance by simply selecting the day, date and time and adding your tickets to your shopping cart. All payment card processing is done by Royal Bank of Scotland. When you have purchased your tickets, please print off your confirmation email and bring it to the cinema when you collect your tickets.
In the event of tickets being purchased for a performance where the bearer is under age, admission will be refused and the ticket value will be refunded less £1.50 administration fees.
The proprietors and management of The Royal Cinema Faversham reserve the right to refuse admission to any performance without reason. You may be required to produce identification on entry to the cinema and auditorium.
Refund Policy.
You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 2 hours before the film starts, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your confirmation number and we will refund the full value less £1.50 administration fees. It may be possible to move your booking to a different day, as we know the unforeseen can happen, do please get in touch with us if we can help.
Privacy Policy.
Whilst using our website you will be required to submit personal data such as your name, address, postcode and card details.. The Royal Cinema will use these details to complete your purchase and on occasions for marketing purposes. Any payment details given are not stored and only used at the time of your purchase. Any other details you give will only be used by the Royal Cinema and not given to any third parties.
If you would prefer us not to use your details for marketing, please email us via the contact us link and you will be removed from our database.
